• You believe pure positive reinforcement / treat-only training is the only way: We heavily utilize food, play, praise, and reward-based learning. However, we practice balanced dog training. We believe real-world reliability requires clear boundaries, accountability, and fair consequences alongside rewards.

• You want results without changing your own habits: Dog behavior problems rarely exist in a vacuum. If you are unwilling to adjust the household routines, management styles, or handling habits contributing to the issue, the behavior won't change.

• You prioritize social media tricks over practical obedience: We focus on neutrality, safety, and functionality. If you want flashy party tricks rather than a calm, manageable dog you can confidently take to public spaces, we aren't the team for you.

• You require a 24/7 immediate communication helpline: Our days are spent actively training dogs, coaching clients in private lessons, cleaning kennels, and traveling between locations. We will always get back to you, but the safety and care of the dogs currently in our hands will always come first.
