Since opening in 2019, we’ve helped dog owners in Prince Albert and area transform their pets into confident, obedient companions they can be proud of.
Hi, I’m Desiree Morin, owner of the Arsenal Canine Academy – Saskatchewan Division. I specialize in behavioral modification and working dog disciplines, including tracking, trailing, and detection. My passion lies in helping dogs and their handlers build clear communication and strong, trusting partnerships—whether that’s resolving behavior challenges or preparing dogs for specialized work.
I’m certified in dog behavior and training methodology, as well as in various aspects of K9 work. I also hold certification through the American Society of Canine Trainers. My approach is rooted in practical, proven techniques and a deep respect for each dog’s individual drive and personality.
At Arsenal Canine Academy, I’m proud to offer training that empowers both pets and working dogs to reach their full potential, while supporting their handlers every step of the way.

This training is a one of a kind training program, designed to help you build a better bond with your dog. Cues included in this program are, down, place, under, on & off leash walking, recall and implied stay. Our goal is to provide you with a dog that you can take anywhere.

We will cover the whole Reconstructing Rover program with your dog. Training will take place at our facility and out in public as needed. We will also work on other behavioural issues in this program such as reactivity.

This is a great opportunity for those who like to plan ahead. If you commit and sign up for the puppy and adult program you save on your puppy’s initial training
